Rebecca Davies is constantly in high demand world-wide for her life-changing seminars which transform dancers’ techniques in a matter of minutes. Her seminars focus on conditioning for dancers. She is passionate about helping young dancers to look after their physiques and find their strengths and limitations at an early age to improve and enhance them.

She believes that class and training should always be fun, setting up a lifelong enjoyment for fitness, and does this by mixing her high intensity strength and flexibility exercises with humour and fun. Students leave her class feeling inspired, confident and armed with the tools to learn about their dancer’s body and accelerate their journey to being the best dancer they can be.
