Vickie Goodwin
Vickie trained at the North Cheshire Theatre College under the guidance of David Needham and David Johnson. She attended Merseyside Dance and Drama Centre in Liverpool where she gained her teaching qualifications in ISTD tap and modern with Distinction, under the guidance of Gaynor Owen.
Vickie gained her Royal Academy of Dance teaching certificate in 2001. Her teaching career started as a student teacher at North Cheshire Theatre School from 1998 and continued. Vickie has a Certificate in Education and taught at Pendleton College from 2004 – 2013, delivering classes on the Musical Theatre, Performing Arts and Dance BTEC courses.
In 2009, she took over The Cheshire Theatre School (formerly the North Cheshire Theatre School) where her current student achievements are Janet Cram winners, runners up and most outstanding dance winners. Numerous TDCI finalists and winners. Associates of the Royal ballet school, Elmhurst young dancers, Tap Attack, Stage box, YEA, Train Insane, Phoenix boys associates, SYB and Northern Ballet associates.
Her student alumni includes numerous professional performers in West end and Uk musical theatre tours. Starlight Express in Bochum, Backing artists for little Mix, JLo. Dance and lead vocals Artists for Princess cruises and celebrity cruises.
Lindsey Roy
Lindsay started her training in Scotland at the age of 3 & trained with Scottish ballet Junior associates before being accepted To the prestigious ‘Dance school of Scotland for 6 years on a full scholarship.
At the age of 18, Lindsay was awarded a DADA for Bird college of Dance & Performing Arts in London, where she trained before beginning her work in the industry. Lindsay has worked all over the world in musical tour productions, casino & hotel shows, Formula 1, commercial work For artists such as – Tyga, wyclef Jean, Iggy Azelea, Fat Joe.
After injury, Lindsay moved back to the UK to focus on teaching and choreographing, and has a vast knowledge of technique and the industry standards.
Jenny Stead
Jenny began her performing career at a young age when she made numerous television, film and theatre appearances including the role of Mandy in ITV’s ‘The Ward’ and in the production of Rent alongside Adam Ricket. Jenny undertook her professional training at Laban where she obtained her BA(Hons) and MA in Dance Performance before touring across Europe performing works by artists including Rafael Bonnachella and Miguel Perreira.
As a choreographer Jenny has worked with the English National Ballet to produce works including ‘Swanning Around’ – a piece with Hubert Essakov that was performed in the Royal Albert Hall and in the Shanghai World Expo.
Jenny has a PGCE and has been working in dance education for the past 15 years. Jenny’s student alumni includes numerous professional performers in companies such as Retina, Balbir Singh and the Wayne McGregor Dance Company.
Ellie Serridge
Having trained at The Cheshire Theatre School since 1999, Ellie started as a class assistant which then progressed to a career in teaching. Studying at one of Manchester’s top Performing Arts colleges lead to working multiple contracts at Disneyland Paris as a dancer and performer between 2014-2017. Since returning Ellie has continued to teach classes alongside completing a Level 4 Diploma in Dance Education with the ISTD.
Rebekah Cramant
Ex British Elite Gymnast and professional Dancer. Fully qualified Artistic Gymnastics coach. Fully qualified pre school gymnastics coach. Artistic coaching for over 25 years in club and competitive levels up to the British National junior squad team. Professional dancer dancing on a number of world Cruise Ships. Dancer and lead Can Can soloist at “la Nouvelle Eve” Theatre Paris. Lead Can Can soloist at the “Moulin Rouge” Theatre Paris. Working now in the dance world to facilitate each and every dancer’s natural progression of Acro into their dance journey.
Stephen Morgan
Stephen hails from Liverpool and began dancing at a young age. As a child and aspiring professional he performed with the English National Ballet in COPPELIA, starred in a short film ’VILYA’ for Yorkshire film and television, toured the UK with the KEN DODD HAPPINESS TOUR and performed with featured act ‘Siege’ regularly on THE VARIETY CLUB OF GREAT BRITAIN.
Stephen graduated performing arts college with teaching diplomas within the ISTD and IDTA dance faculty and began working as a professional dancer and choreographer.
His career as an adult got off to a fantastic start when he booked his first job out of college as a backing dancer for the UK’s infamous ‘nil point’ group GEMINI. They supported super group BLUE, ATOMIC KITTEN, THE CHEEKY GIRLS, DANIEL BEDINGFIELD and THE MAVERICKS at arenas and music festival throughout the UK.
Shortly after, Stephen was asked to choreograph and create 3 new production shows for MSC CRUISES. His career went from strength to strength performing all over the UK in various theatre/trade/fashion and floor shows, TV and Film, pantomimes and onboard luxury liners of PRINCESS CRUISES, HOLLAND AMERICA, ROYAL CARIBBEAN and P&O UK. His most memorable and proudest moments were when he performed with superstar P!NK at the MTV Europe Music Awards and winning an MTA for best ensemble for his role in a new production of CHICAGO.
