Just Wow!
We had the absolute honour of being invited to perform in the Junior and senior gala with our Gold winning routines Tsunami and SMILE. That was a huge hi-light for us as it was our first time performing with a group and we were performing amongst such amazing kids. We didn’t think it could get any better than that but we’re thrilled to say we were awarded…
Cheshire Theatre School took part in the 2020 Dance World Cup which was relocated because of the travel restrictions, to Telford. The event took place in the Telford International Centre.
Dance World Cup has over 120,000 children around the world aged from 4 to 25 trying to qualify in their country for the DWC World Finals which is held annually in a different location, previous locations for Dance World Cup include Portugal, Spain, Germany , Romania, England, Austria, Italy, France and Jersey.
The standard is high and they encourage group dances so that as many children as possible can participate.

A huge well done to our mini large group song and dance dance for placing second with mark of 86.7 with the gold medal placing with 86.8!!!

Huge well done to our children’s song and dance group SIX placing a fantastic 4th in a super strong category, so proud of you all the first time out using only 3 x hand held mics and having to swap them around between you in mid routine for all SIX queens…
True professionals and we’re all so proud of you.
Children’s show dance – Revenge in Oz
Well done to our children’s show dance Revenge in Oz placing 4th in an outstanding section with 91.3 marks. Top mark being 93.8, so proud of our inter team a fantastic section to watch well done to all.
Junior large group contemporary – Tsunami
Totally thrilled with our junior large group contemporary TSUNAMI winning 
GOLD with 91.2 marks and the offer to perform in Saturdays gala…… Super proud of you all for your dedication and hard work totally well deserved.
